Colin Willey graduated from Cheltenham College of Art in 1995 and quickly established himself as an accomplished and much sought-after landscape artist. He paints on location in all weathers, spontaneously capturing the vast skies, billowing clouds and ever-changing light of Dorset and East Devon. His paintings hang in public and private collections throughout the UK and beyond. His work can be found in the permanent collection of the House of Lords and HRH Princess Anne. He has exhibited at The Mall Galleries in London, the Royal Institute of Oil Painters, the New English Art Club and the Royal Society of Marine Artists. This painting has been hand-framed by the artist and painted in a Farrow & Ball shade of grey/white.
